Video sessions · Gujarat and India
Online therapy in Gujarat with a clinical psychologist
Online sessions are the same structured psychological work as in-person therapy, held over secure video. They are available across Gujarat and anywhere in India, in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
A short, no-obligation chat to see if working together is a good fit. Not a therapy session.

Does online therapy actually work?
For most common difficulties, including anxiety, depression, OCD and stress related conditions, research comparing video-delivered and in-person therapy finds broadly comparable outcomes when the therapy itself is structured and evidence-based. What matters is the method and the working relationship, not the room.
There are limits, and it is fair to name them. Formal psychological and ADHD assessment involves standardised materials administered face to face. Where risk is high or a situation is unstable, in-person work with local support nearby is safer. And some people simply prefer sitting in a room with someone, which is a legitimate reason to choose the Rajkot clinic instead.
Who online sessions suit
They suit people living outside Rajkot, including across Saurashtra and in Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara and beyond. They suit working professionals who cannot lose two hours to travel, parents of young children, students studying elsewhere in India, and people whose health or mobility makes travel difficult.
They also suit people for whom being seen entering a clinic is itself a barrier. In smaller communities that is not paranoia, it is a realistic concern, and it stops many people from getting help at all.
Privacy and confidentiality online
Sessions run on an encrypted platform and are never recorded. Notes are kept securely and are not shared with family members, employers or anyone else without your written consent, apart from the narrow legal exceptions where there is a serious risk to life. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
Your side of the connection matters too. Headphones make a significant difference, both for privacy and for the sense of being in a contained conversation. If a private room at home is not possible, that is worth raising in the first call so it can be planned around rather than worked around badly.
How an online session runs
Book and pay
Message on WhatsApp to agree a time. Payment is by UPI or bank transfer before the session, and a receipt is available on request.
Receive the link
A secure video link is sent ahead of the appointment. Nothing needs to be installed or purchased.
Set up your space
Find a room where you will not be interrupted, use headphones, and put your phone on silent. Fifty minutes uninterrupted is the aim.
The session
Fifty minutes of the same structured work as an in-person session, with any worksheets or plans sent to you afterwards.
If the connection drops
We switch to a voice call and continue. Time lost to technical failure is made up rather than charged.
