Contact and appointments
The simplest way to start is a message on WhatsApp. You do not need to explain anything in that first message, and you are not committing to a session by sending it.
A short, no-obligation chat to see if working together is a good fit. Not a therapy session.

What to expect after you message
Messages are usually answered the same working day, and by the next working day at the latest. Replies come from Mansi Tanna rather than from an assistant or a booking system, so they arrive between sessions rather than instantly.
The first reply will offer a time for the free 15-minute call. That call is a conversation, not an assessment: you can ask how sessions run, what a particular difficulty involves, or whether working together makes sense at all. No diagnosis is given on it and there is no obligation to book.
What to include, and what you do not need to
You do not need to write out your history. “I would like to book a session” is a complete message. If it is useful, mentioning whether you want in-person or online sessions, which language you would prefer, and roughly which times of day suit you will save a round of messages.
Please do not send detailed clinical information over WhatsApp or Instagram before a session. Those channels are used for scheduling only. How information is handled once you are a client is set out in the privacy policy.
Booking on behalf of someone else
Parents booking for a child, and adult children booking for a parent, are both common. Where the client is an adult, they will need to make contact themselves at some point, since therapy requires their own participation. For clients under 18, a parent or guardian is involved from the start, and what will and will not be shared is agreed openly with the young person.
If someone you care about is refusing help, a single session for you on how to approach the conversation is often more useful than pushing them into a booking they have not agreed to.
Send one message. Decide everything else later.
